During the discussion session, students asked Dr. Liu Feng, Chairman of DiQi Pharmaceuticals: “My biology isn't strong, but my chemistry is decent. Will I still have opportunities to enter this industry in the future?” Dr. Liu responded: “If you aspire to join the pharmaceutical industry, mastering relevant subjects like biology and chemistry is crucial. Beyond that, studying Chinese and mathematics is equally vital! Mathematics cultivates critical thinking and logical reasoning skills, while Chinese enhances your ability to articulate ideas effectively.” When studying, we must learn to distill books down to their essence and core meaning; we must also learn to enrich books by using specific cases to broaden our knowledge systems. You are still young now, with boundless possibilities ahead.
