Targeted nanotechnology
Nanotechnology utilizes biocompatible materials and drugs to create nano formulations, which can be used for drug solubilization, improving drug absorption rate, prolonging drug half-life in the human body, increasing drug effectiveness and utilization, and reducing drug toxicity and side effects. Due to the physicochemical properties of nanomaterials and the biological characteristics of tumors, nanomaterials can aggregate in tumors, making them physically targeted towards tumors. In addition, specific modified nanomaterials can bind to targeted molecules, endowing them with stronger biological targeting properties.
DiQi has independent intellectual property rights for targeted biocompatible carriers and nano formulations, which can enable drugs to have active targeting.
