This sharing session featured six colleagues from R&D and functional departments. They engaged in sincere discussions and shared insights across six themes: “Workplace Communication,” “Reading and Self-Growth,” “The Source of Women's Strength,” “Cultivating Inner Strength,” “Rejecting Labels,” and “Making Optimal Choices Through Thorough Research.” Special guest speaker Attorney Hu shared her journey of growth in the legal and political workplace through the lens of ‘Confidence,’ resonating deeply with many colleagues. Executive Vice President Ms. Zhang Ling shared insights on courageously pursuing personal goals. Finally, Chairman and CEO Dr. Liu Feng offered encouragement and support for the event, extending holiday greetings to all female colleagues at DiQi Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.
